MDN is a canadian gold exploration company, able to fund planned expenditures and exploration costs from existing (Tulawaka) and future (Crevier) cash producing assets

• Gold Producer since 2005 (MDN 30 %, African Barrick Gold 70 %)
• As at december 31st 2010, the operating profits for the year from the Tulawaka mine were reinvested in the development and exploration at depth of the mine thus reducing the liquidity transfer to zero.
• Working Capital of  CAN $ 8.3 Million at march 31, 2011, profitable and no debt
• Ikungu : New discovery in Tanzania, Conceptual estimate of  1M Oz/Au at a cut-off grade of 2 g/t
• Directed towards the discovery of gold in Tanzania and Québec
• African Barrick Gold needs to create value at Tulawaka and MDN could contribute, given the 757 km² land package it owns and explores around Tulawaka.
• MDN is at the feasibility stage of a Niobium - Tantalum project in Québec name Crevier.
• Crevier represents a safety net and fall back position to Tulawaka’s cashflow, but its development will not dilute current MDN shareholders’ equity
