MDN is a canadian gold exploration company, able to fund planned expenditures and exploration costs from existing (Tulawaka) and future (Crevier) cash producing assets

• African Barrick Gold needs to create value at Tulawaka and MDN could contribute, given the 703 km² land package it owns and explores around Tulawaka.

After 2012, Crevier could be put into production, distributed to MDN shareholders or monetized through an IPO or strategic sale; MDN is currently creating value with this asset

• Forecasted annual net operating cashflow of $57 million for 18 years
• Crevier represents a safety net and fall back position to Tulawaka’s cashflow, but its development will not dilute current MDN shareholders’ equity
