Results: Lesperance

Several mineralization types occur on the property and form a “gold-copper corridor”.  These include:

• 3.56 g/t Au over 3.05 m, 10.4 g/t Au over 7.2 m as gold-bearing shear zones within a quartz-feldspar porphyry unit
• 4.48 g/t Au over 11.0 m, 11.57 g/t over 2.6 m as gold-bearing shears within tuff and basalt units near the contact with quartz-feldspar porphyries 
• 0.76% Cu over 28.1 m as copper-bearing vein and stockwork zones hosted by tuff and basalt.

Drilling in 2009 within the Au-Cu corridor returned values of up to

• hole LES-09-40:  3.36% Cu and 260 ppb Au over 4.00 m in a magnetite breccia
• hole LES-09-42:  1.63% Cu over 1.45 m
• hole LES-09-43: 4.23 g/t Au over 2.2 m and 1.7% Cu over 1.1 m.
